Expect a TQ and HP increase with this head. Ready to bolt on and Go!
LARGE chamber head. Right at 70CC Chamber. Will raise the compression of a 230-250-292
Cleaned, crack checked, pressure tested
New guides installed
Hardened exh seats installed
Intake valve increased to 1.84
Exhaust valve 1.60
Throats were cut for the larger valves and radius-ed in by hand
Medium Porting done on Intake and exhaust ports. Valve guides were cone shaped
HI-FLOW bolt in lump kit installed
Machined for Viton valve seals And installed.
Uses Roller rockers with Screw in studs, 7/16 Studs included
Stainless steel chromed stems valves. Undercut stems.
Setup with .600 lift capable springs and lite weight retainers.
Head decked .030 to increase compression
Gasketed sparkplugs 63-74?
After installing exh seats, the front seat had a microscopic leak. Repaired in shop and tested.
