Thermostat Housing Upper Lower New 194 230 250 292
New Upper and Lower T Stat housings. These will work good to replace that broken or leaking housing on your engine. Many 292 use a return line/ hose. Not always needed. We also have used 292 housings
Notice the extra fittings on driver side to tie into the intake for heating. 1/2 NPT threaded ports.
Aluminum or High strength Ductile Iron.
These units are now supplied with upper housing bolts. 3/8-16 .
If you have one made before 6-18-2019 it uses 2 Metric 10mm x 25mm 1.5 thread per bolts.
Now with or without gaskets!

The aluminum housing is also offered in a polished finish. Keep in mind, it is not a SHOW polish. It is difficult to polish every point on this part.
The Blem lower had the bolt hole near the water port touch during machining. This has been sealed with silicon and will function perfectly.
