216 235 261 Chevy 2 bolt Finned Valve Cover
Newly designed by 12Bolt. This VC brings the look you desire and the fit you need.
Same 2 bolt design used on the earlier 216 235.
Can be used on newer 235 261 4 bolt VC engines. Just pull the 2 rocker stud bolts out and install the stud kit and bolt down this beautiful valve cover.

Fill hole is for a modern 1.25" grommet and 1" push in breather
Gasket is optional, High quality Felpro, only sold with VC. Not separately.

Offered in as cast or polished
As Cast can have sand scratches, blemishes, and darkened areas left from the casting process. This is offered to help keep your cost down and allow you to work on the VC to your liking.
Polished is all outside areas except for between the fins. Tips of fins are polished.

Had a couple customers with early 50 Chevy car have trouble getting these installed. Here is what 1 guy did. His pics are above.
"Here are a couple of pictures that I told you I would send you. This is in my 54 Chevy Car. In order to get it on I removed the drivers side motor mount rubber and let the motor down and the valve cover slid into place. I then reinstalled the rubber mount. I really like it. " |
