Cleaned, crack checked, pressure tested
New guides installed
Hardened exh seats installed
Intake valve increased to 1.84
Exhaust valve 1.5
Throats were cut for the larger valves and radius-ed in by hand
Medium porting performed, valve guides cone shaped
HI-FLOW bolt in lump kit installed
Machined for Viton valve seals And installed.
Setup for roller rockers, includes 7/16 rocker studs
Stainless steel chromed stems valves. Undercut stems.
Setup with .530 lift capable springs and lite weight retainers.
Head decked .030 to increase compression Appr 70CC
Gasketed sparkplugs 74 down
After seat install, had a leak on final check. Sealant used inside head to seal.
